Once you complete your application and membership payment, you’ll join my private matchmaking pool.

I personally review every new member to make sure my matchmaking is the right fit. If I don’t believe I can help you, your membership will be cancelled and your initial payment refunded.

From there, I’ll consider you for potential matches as compatible opportunities arise.

There is no set number of matches or introductions.

Matchmaking is based on compatibility, so the number and timing will be different for every person. I only put someone forward when I believe there is genuine potential for a match.

Your membership gives you ongoing consideration for potential matches while your membership remains active, rather than a guaranteed number of introductions each month.

There is no guaranteed timeframe.

Timing depends on your preferences, compatibility and who is available within the matchmaking network. Some people may hear from me relatively quickly, while for others it may take longer to find someone I genuinely believe is worth putting forward.

I’ll send you a private preview containing one photo, information about the person and why I believe the two of you could be a great match.

Identifying details such as their name and contact details remain private at this stage.

You can then decide privately whether you’d like to meet them.

You never have to accept a potential match.

Attraction matters, which is why you receive a photo as part of the private preview before deciding whether you’d like to meet.

If you’re not interested, simply let me know. There’s no pressure or obligation to move forward.

A formal introduction only happens once both people have agreed that they would like to meet.

I’ll introduce you via email and share your names, contact details and further information so you can connect directly.

From there, you can start talking and arrange your date. I encourage the man to take the lead in organising the first date, while ultimately leaving it to the two of you to decide what feels comfortable.

I’ll check in for feedback to see how the date went and whether you’d like to see each other again.

If you both want to continue getting to know each other, I’ll give the connection space to develop rather than sending you another potential match.

If it doesn’t progress, your feedback helps me understand you better and I’ll continue considering you for future matches.

No. I focus on one introduction at a time.

If the connection doesn’t progress, I can then move on to considering your next potential match.

Yes. From time to time, I collaborate with trusted matchmakers where I believe it could widen your opportunities beyond my existing pool.

If a potential match comes through another matchmaker, I’ll let you know.

Your contact details are not shared with another matchmaker or potential match before both people have agreed that they would like to meet.

With Matchmaking Membership, you join my private matchmaking pool and I consider you for compatible matches as opportunities arise.

With Dedicated Search, I work with you one to one over six months and actively search specifically for you, both within and beyond my existing pool. You also receive written updates at least fortnightly and a catch-up call after each introduction.

If you want me actively searching on your behalf, Dedicated Search is the more hands-on service.

Yes. If your circumstances, preferences or profile information change, please let me know so I can keep your profile up to date.

This is particularly important if your relationship status or what you’re looking for changes.

Yes. If you’re exploring a connection and want to give it your full attention, you can pause your matchmaking.

Please let me know if your circumstances change so I can make sure you aren’t being considered for another potential match in the meantime.

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time.

Cancellation stops future recurring payments and your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Membership fees for billing periods that have already commenced are generally non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If I review your initial application and don’t believe my matchmaking is the right fit for you, I’ll cancel your membership and refund your initial payment.

My matchmaking pool includes singles in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s across Sydney and Melbourne.

Age is just one of the factors I consider when matching, alongside values, lifestyle, relationship goals and personal preferences.

Yes. I welcome singles from all religious and cultural backgrounds, including those who aren't religious.

Whether sharing the same faith is essential to you or you're open to different beliefs, I take this into account when considering potential matches.
